Culinary Concepts Products
The Culinary Concepts line of sauce and salad dressings provide fully prepared,
ready-to-use products for the food industry. Using high-quality, natural
ingredients, our products offer gourmet taste that exceeds the expectations of our
customers' chefs. As a result, our customers benefit from reduced labor costs,
repeat sales, and a guaranteed consistent, flavorful product.
Private Labeling and Contract Manufacturing
Many of our primary products are available for private labeling. Point of sale
products adds profitability to customer sales. Our contract manufacturing
capabilities allow customers to enter the marketplace with small production minimums
(100 gallons). Packaging sizes range from 4 oz bottles to 55-gallon drums. Our chefs
and management work with our clients to solve packaging problems and discuss label
requirements, methods of reducing costs, and pricing options. Our product
development expertise enables customers to design, create, and modify flavor
profiles, thereby enhancing sales and improving profitability.
Saucy Chef Retail Products
The Saucy Chef line is the retail version of our Culinary Concepts products. The
full-flavored sauces, salad dressings, marinades, salsas, and specialty dips are
bottles with our Saucy Chef label and have suggested uses listed on each product. In
addition, our website is updated regularly with new products and recipes for using
Culinary Concepts products.
